About the role

We are seeking a Business Operations & Analytics Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. The role involves analyzing operational data, building dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Create and refine dashboards and KPI reports to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Develop and document process flows and workflow analyses for actionable insights.
• Design visual documentation to communicate complex data and recommendations effectively.
• Construct rubrics and frameworks for evaluating operational outcomes.
• Translate data findings into concise recommendations for diverse business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong relevant experience in operations management, business analysis, or strategy roles.
• Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools and KPI reporting platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex concepts.
• Hands‑on expertise in process documentation and workflow optimization.
• Strong aptitude for interpreting and visualizing data in charts and executive summaries.
