About the role
ECIECI is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and new‑business growth within the medical device sector. You will shape and execute CRM strategies, develop solution offerings, and build lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and market segments.
- Develop, maintain, and improve the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and related processes.
- Lead the full Business Development Life Cycle, including responding to RFIs/RFPs and crafting client proposals and Statements of Work.
- Create and refine value propositions for presenting and closing opportunities.
- Support the creation of new consulting solution products and the expansion of existing service offerings.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, aligning services to their specific requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in regulatory, quality, or engineering consulting serving the life‑sciences industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the medical‑device space.
- Deep understanding of medical‑device manufacturing, products, technologies, and regulations.
- Experience selling technical solutions and services to C‑suite executives of medical‑device manufacturers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
