Business Analyst – Sourcing Performance Operations

About the role

Join Amazon's Business Intelligence and Analytics team within Sourcing Performance Operations. You will work with engineers and analysts to apply machine learning and analytical techniques, turning large data sets into actionable insights that improve value for sellers, vendors, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyze data using SQL, Excel, and other data management tools.
• Monitor existing metrics and create new ones, partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvements.
• Design and implement reporting solutions and dashboards that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Support cross‑functional teams in day‑to‑day program execution.
• Lead small to medium operational enhancement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to generate business insights.
• Experience with reporting and data‑visualization tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex analysis to leaders.
