Business Analyst

About the role

Softtek, a global provider of process‑driven IT solutions, is looking for a Business Analyst to join its technology‑driven projects. The role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops and working sessions with business, product, technology, QA, and operations stakeholders.
• Create, manage, and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional backlogs.
• Perform impact analysis, assess risks, and manage project dependencies.
• Support functional validation, UAT testing, and deliverable reviews.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on technology‑driven projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with solid planning and estimation capabilities.

Required skills

• Jira for backlog and user story management.
• Confluence or similar documentation platforms.
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Postman or other API lifecycle tools.
• Xray for Jira or similar QA traceability tools.
• Miro and Visio for process diagramming.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
