Billing Analyst Junior

About the role
We are looking for a Junior Billing Analyst to join our finance team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate customer billing records, generating invoices and supporting the accounts receivable process.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain customer billing profiles in the system.
- Create, review and distribute invoices to customers promptly.
- Perform customer setup, contract review and invoicing tasks.
- Resolve basic disputes and discrepancies related to billing and customer data.
- Prepare billing reconciliations and generate regular billing reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and support collection activities.
Required profile
- High School Diploma (minimum).
- English proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
- At least one year of practical experience with Excel, demonstrated by passing an Excel test (minimum 70%).
- One year of experience working in an accounting environment.
- Strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Oracle (knowledge considered a plus)
