Bilingual Legal Assistant – Personal Injury (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Legal Assistant to support U.S. personal injury attorneys remotely. The role involves drafting legal documents, managing client communications, and assisting with case preparation in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Draft demand letters, medical summaries, intake notes, and other legal documents in English and Spanish.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters in both languages.
• Assist attorneys with case management, including updating files, tracking deadlines, and organizing documents.
• Translate and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case materials related to personal injury claims.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in a Latin American country (paralegal‑level work acceptable).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with U.S. personal injury law is a plus; willingness to learn if not experienced.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a suitable home office setup.
