Bilingual English-Spanish Intake Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual English‑Spanish Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for our personal injury clients. Working remotely, you will qualify leads, answer questions, and ensure a smooth hand‑off to our pre‑litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming emails, chats, and calls for new leads and client inquiries.
• Provide courteous, professional service to callers and route calls to the appropriate team members.
• Create and manage client files in Filevine and organize contracts, photos, and other documents in Dropbox.
• Register comments, observations, and updates in the case management system.
• Follow up on assigned leads, clean up outdated leads, and maintain high‑quality interactions.
• Complete the intake process and forward case information to the Pre‑Litigation department.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, weekly and monthly meetings.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Sales or customer‑service background; experience in personal injury law is a plus.
• Reliable PC or laptop with a wired internet connection and a noise‑cancelling headset.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
