About the role

The practice is looking for a remote professional to support front‑office operations for a busy U.S. dental office. You will be the main point of contact for English‑ and Spanish‑speaking patients, handling appointments, insurance queries, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

Manage patient communications via phone, email, and text in both languages.
Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments while keeping provider calendars accurate.
Verify insurance eligibility, assist with billing, and follow up on claims.
Enter and maintain patient records in dental practice management software, ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Required profile

Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
1–2 years of experience in U.S. dental or healthcare administration.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

Experience with dental practice management platforms such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
