About the role
The practice is looking for a remote professional to support front‑office operations for a busy U.S. dental office. You will be the main point of contact for English‑ and Spanish‑speaking patients, handling appointments, insurance queries, and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patient communications via phone, email, and text in both languages.
- Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments while keeping provider calendars accurate.
- Verify insurance eligibility, assist with billing, and follow up on claims.
- Enter and maintain patient records in dental practice management software, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Required profile
- Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- 1–2 years of experience in U.S. dental or healthcare administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Required skills
- Experience with dental practice management platforms such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
