Bilingual CFO / Finance Manager

About the role

Grupo Do It is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) finance executive to lead the financial management of its diversified portfolio of companies in real estate development, tourism, construction materials, agriculture and investment projects. Reporting directly to ownership and senior management, the role will shape financial strategy and ensure robust financial controls across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and accounting functions for multiple business units.
• Manage cash flow, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Develop and maintain banking and financing relationships.
• Ensure corporate governance, compliance and internal control frameworks.
• Support major development and investment projects with financial modeling and analysis.
• Lead, mentor and develop finance and accounting teams across the group.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of senior finance and accounting experience.
• Proven experience managing finance for multiple companies or business units.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in project finance, real estate, construction, hospitality or investment projects is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
