Business Process Specialist – Tax Integration

About the role

Roche is seeking a Business Process Specialist to join its Accounting Tax Integration Sub‑Chapter. The role focuses on rolling out the Aspire Global Template across EMEA countries, ensuring tax processes are harmonised and compliant with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy global finance/tax template solutions, including documentation, implementation, test management and training.
• Evaluate local gaps and design localisation extensions for the global template.
• Maintain an end‑to‑end view of the Record‑to‑Report process and collaborate with other finance areas.
• Translate local tax requirements into IT specifications and manage related changes.
• Drive project deployment deliverables throughout the full rollout lifecycle.
• Monitor parallel deployments and S/4HANA work packages to keep them on track.
• Optimise business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead process alignment and solution design with stakeholders under template governance.

Required profile

• Business or Finance degree.
• 4‑5+ years of experience in global ERP/IT transformations.
• Strong technical background in IFRS accounting.
• Proven methodological skills in BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), Agile (Scrum) and Lean/Continuous Improvement (PDCA, Kaizen).
• Extensive expertise in SAP tax solutions and S/4HANA tax capabilities.
