About the role
This contract role involves reviewing bilingual sample questions, creating evaluation rubrics, and assessing AI‑generated answers in Spanish and English.
Key responsibilities
- Review sample questions in Spanish and English and flag any that don’t sound like real queries.
- Write rubrics that define correct, complete answers in your area of expertise.
- Evaluate AI‑generated answers in Spanish against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and mistranslations.
- Provide clear written feedback to the project team asynchronously.
Required profile
- Native or professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Experience in at least one of the following: Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, or National Park services.
- Strong relevant experience counseling or assisting the public in that area.
- Clear, precise writing in both languages.
