Associate Product Manager - Application Support & Product Innovation

About the role

You will join McKinsey's OrgLab team to help build and maintain digital products that enable better organizational learning, collaboration, and ways of working. The role focuses on application support, product innovation, and ensuring our tools remain reliable, secure, and responsive to user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain digital products that support organizational learning and collaboration.
• Coordinate production issues, bug fixes, minor updates, and security upgrades across product, engineering, QA, support, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct user research, pilots, usability assessments, and market research to inform product decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support incremental product enhancements aligned with OKRs and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable and user‑centric solutions.
