Associate - Procurement Services

About the role

We are looking for an Associate in Procurement Services to support our procurement-to-pay processes, work with sourcing managers and vendors, and contribute to data‑driven spend analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with invoice reconciliation and support sourcing managers in category strategy development.
• Analyze spend data, prepare project scoping documents, and gather requirements.
• Support RFQ processes and conduct stakeholder surveys for Supplier Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Work with various technology platforms and maintain Excel‑based data analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4‑5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork, project management and client‑service orientation.
