Associate Platform Consultant

About the role

VML Costa Rica, part of WPP, is looking for an Associate Platform Consultant to act as a product specialist, providing platform configuration and data management services to its customers. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to identify goals and requirements for assigned projects.
• Configure environments such as Knowledge Graph and Pages to meet customer specifications.
• Manage multiple inbound client configuration or data‑management requests and drive them to completion.
• Interpret client and stakeholder requests and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
