About the role
We are looking for an Associate in Global Customer Care to provide end‑to‑end support for hospitals, clinics and surgical centres. You will handle order intake, manage inventory replenishment and ensure accurate processing of orders received via email or phone.
Key responsibilities
- Create, validate and manage customer orders in SAP, confirming availability and pricing.
- Track and service existing orders, providing ETA for back‑orders and delivery tracking numbers.
- Process returns, request and enter credits/debits, and handle shipping error reports.
- Respond to general customer inquiries and provide order confirmation numbers.
- Generate and send invoices, credit memos (up to five per request), and packing slips.
- Reject orders according to the Return Policy and seek management approval for special credit/debit cases.
Required profile
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (minimum required).
- At least 1 year of customer‑service experience, preferably in a logistics or medical‑device environment.
- English proficiency at B2+ level (minimum) and schedule flexibility.
- Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
- Desired: technical degree in logistics or supply management and English C+ level.
