About the role

As an Associate Consultant Intern in Performance Analytics, you will join Mastercard's Advisors & Consulting Services team in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will work in small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic challenges using data‑driven insights and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on client projects, delivering analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Participate in volunteer and team‑building activities.
• Attend networking sessions and speaker series to engage with senior leadership.
• Build relationships with clients to understand business needs and support decision‑making.
• Receive mentorship from experienced consultants and contribute to deliverables.
• Work across business development, account management, and product management functions.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in consulting, data analytics, and financial services.
