Associate Accountant

About the role

ZimVie is seeking a bilingual Associate Accountant to support cash, debt, international, and intercompany accounting functions. The role assists with month‑end close, account reconciliations, and provides accounting support to executive and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash and debt accounting activities.
• Handle international accounting tasks such as daily sales and invoicing.
• Manage intercompany accounting, including loans and invoicing.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and perform assigned account reconciliations.
• Conduct daily and monthly accounts receivable activities.
• Process accounts payable, including coding, entry, and payments.
• Support additional clerical duties and ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of A/P and A/R processing experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Effective written and oral communication across multiple departments.
