Assistant Director – Food & Beverage

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage and help create memorable guest experiences. You will support the F&B Director in managing all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations while championing the brand’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily F&B operations, focusing on guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, and systems management.
• Drive guest‑satisfaction initiatives by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and implementing continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with the F&B Director and Culinary team to develop creative menus and effective marketing strategies that boost revenue.
• Lead performance management, professional development, and recognition programs to build a high‑performing team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to protect guests and team members.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and hotel F&B operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Solid financial and analytical understanding.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
