Assistant Director, Customer Success

About the role

Moody's is looking for an Assistant Director of Customer Success to lead adoption, strengthen account health, and deliver measurable value across the full customer lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex regulatory and credit‑risk environments while promoting responsible AI use.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer success at scale by fostering product adoption and ensuring retention.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, defining success metrics and identifying growth opportunities.
• Monitor account health, flag retention risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Share industry best practices, training resources, and AI‑enabled solutions with customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product, support, and sales initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, pre‑sales, or support.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of creating and executing account plans.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, or a related field.
