About the role
The Inventory Assistant supports the daily operations of the Storage and Distribution Center (CAD) in San José, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, timely inventory adjustments, and proper custody of products.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Apply inventory adjustments under supervisor authorization.
- Monitor and follow up on surplus and shortage items during receipt processing.
- Review and analyze substitution data to detect potential inventory variances.
- Conduct cyclic inventories using Hand‑Held devices.
Required profile
- High‑school diploma (preferred).
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar inventory or stock‑control role.
- Familiarity with Hand‑Held devices for inventory counting.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms (preferred).
- Availability for day and mixed‑shift schedules.
