About the role
The company, a leader in professional cleaning solutions, is looking for a passionate Commercial Advisor to drive B2B sales, generate new business, and build long‑term client relationships in the San José and Limón regions.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new customers in the San José and Limón zones.
- Manage and strengthen the assigned commercial portfolio.
- Identify client needs and operational improvement opportunities.
- Prepare high‑value commercial proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Provide post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the CRM and sales pipeline up to date.
- Travel periodically to Limón as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachillerato).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate account management.
- Proven experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Valid B1 driving license and own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the Greater Metropolitan Area and to Limón.
Required skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using a CRM system.
