Applications Support Senior Analyst

About the role

Citi is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide production support for its critical Reference Data applications. The role is part of the Data Solutions Production Management team, which ensures that platforms and services remain highly available for internal business units across Markets, Services, Banking, and Functions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical and business support to Citi users, handling daily queries and incidents.
• Prioritize, escalate, and communicate critical incidents, and conduct root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Support planning and execution of system changes, including application releases, infrastructure maintenance, and continuity‑of‑business testing.
• Maintain and optimize production monitoring and observability tools to ensure platform stability.
• Collaborate with Application Support, Development, Infrastructure, Business, and Operations teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in production support for enterprise‑critical applications.
• Strong understanding of reference data, securities, pricing, and rates within a banking environment.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, global team and manage high‑visibility incidents.
