Application System Administrator – Oracle Service Cloud

About the role

The Application System Administrator will own the day‑to‑day administration and continuous improvement of Oracle Service Cloud. You will partner with business units to leverage AI, automation and data‑driven insights that boost operational efficiency and enhance the experience for both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, optimize and continuously enhance Oracle Service Cloud, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Document, maintain and streamline key business processes within the platform to improve scalability.
• Manage system security, user access, profiles, contacts and customer records while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Lead change‑control activities, including testing, validation and deployment of upgrades, patches and enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training, documentation and ongoing support for users across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to drive system adoption and continuous improvement.
• Champion predictive analytics, AI and automation to identify bottlenecks and improve the customer experience.
• Provide after‑hours support for critical incidents and coordinate with external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Oracle Service Cloud or a comparable CRM/service platform.

Required skills

• Oracle Service Cloud administration.
• Power BI (preferred but not mandatory).
• Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Experience with AI‑driven automation and predictive analytics concepts.
