About the role

As a Corporate Credit Analyst at BAC you will conduct comprehensive analyses of construction projects and real‑estate development companies, assessing technical, financial, commercial, legal, environmental and execution aspects. The goal is to design financing solutions that support business growth while maintaining rigorous risk management and portfolio quality.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the overall financial viability of construction and development projects.
• Structure appropriate financing solutions aligned with risk appetite.
• Monitor and manage risk throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Provide strategic advisory support to business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience evaluating real‑estate developers and construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience interpreting project cash‑flows, construction company financial statements and construction schedules.
• At least 3 years creating executive presentations and participating in high‑profile forums.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (B1‑B2).

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel (tested).
• Familiarity with generative AI tools.
