About the role

The Cost and Budget Analyst will coordinate financial and accounting information across operational areas, ensuring that budgets and cost standards are accurate, complete, and updated in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost and budget plans for each business segment.
• Determine standard cost per unit sold and analyze cost variances by cost center.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and production processes.
• Coordinate accounting records related to cost accounting.
• Verify reconciliations of raw material, work‑in‑process, and inventory accounts.
• Analyze cost elements, purchase comparison tables, and income‑expense budgets.
• Monitor compliance with improvement programs and organizational plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, cost management or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar cost or budgeting role.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial, budgeting, statistics or project management concepts.
• Familiarity with accounting systems and ERP solutions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI competency.
• Experience with ERP or other accounting software.
