About the role

The Business Intelligence and Management Control Analyst will transform operational and financial retail data into strategic, interactive information. The role focuses on optimizing operational expense control during monthly closes and supporting the transition to an agile, cloud‑based data ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑impact Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud dashboards, ensuring segmented and efficient data structures.
• Support budget execution and monitoring, providing area managers with clear visibility and accountability during the monthly financial close.
• Implement rapid retail‑operation improvements using low‑code tools such as Power Apps, automating data capture and reporting.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze sales, margin, and budget data from relational databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Statistics, Computer/Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Tableau (Desktop and Cloud) and intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
• Professional experience in financial or accounting control functions.
• Desirable experience with data integration tools such as Alteryx or Tableau Prep.
