About the role
The Airport Greeter welcomes Four Seasons guests at Liberia Airport, providing personalized assistance from arrival through departure. This role ensures a seamless, luxurious experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, delivering high‑level customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with airline desks, customs, immigration, and other airport personnel.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements and expedite entry procedures, including visa verification.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years experience in a 5‑star luxury, fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent English (≈90%) and Spanish.
- Valid driving licence and residence near Liberia Airport.
Required skills
- Opera property management system.
- Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
