Air Logistics PSF Specialist

About the role

As an Air Logistics PSF Specialist you will support import processes across the United States, Mexico and Canada. You will ensure accurate documentation, proper revenue allocation and smooth coordination with carriers and internal teams, contributing to the timely delivery of medicines, toys and machine parts worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Complete import files with all required documentation and create subtasks to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Assign services and allocate revenue to the correct office (US, MX, CA).
• Analyze and enter data into internal and external systems, making adjustments as needed.
• Liaise with carriers to confirm shipment details and resolve exceptions.
• Support internal communication and collaborate with colleagues to ensure process accuracy.
• Execute tasks in line with SOPs, toolkits and company policies.
• Participate in secondary tasks and continuous learning within the logistics domain.

Required profile

• Studies in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred experience in air logistics, import operations or freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data entry and validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently, follow documented processes and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
