AI Trainer Lead (Remote)

About the role

This contract position focuses on training next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality, real‑world input. Working remotely, you will evaluate and improve model outputs across a wide range of subjects, ensuring relevance, coherence, and factual accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI‑generated responses using defined rubrics and metrics across diverse domains such as business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal.
• Annotate and categorize data sets to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
• Review content for relevance, coherence, and factual correctness with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide ongoing model improvements.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to interpret guidelines and refine evaluation rubrics.
• Document findings and maintain precise records of annotations and evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience evaluating large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Experience with AI training, machine‑learning data annotation, or related tasks is highly valued.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for delivering nuanced feedback.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
