AI Solution Architect

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a senior AI Solution Architect to design and deliver cutting‑edge AI‑enabled software frameworks and products. You will translate complex client problems into scalable AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI solution architectures, including user interface, middleware, and infrastructure components.
• Lead application modernization initiatives and create prototypes for business applications.
• Conduct design and code reviews, enforce enterprise‑wide design standards, and document architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements and project timelines.
• Identify and remediate framework design weaknesses and provide technical guidance to development teams.

Required profile

• Senior AI Solution Architect or consulting background with strong client‑facing experience.
• Proven track record in application modernization and AI solution design.
• Ability to understand client problems, translate them into technical solutions, and size projects (timeline, resources, effort).
• Growth mindset, customer‑focused, and inclusive collaboration style.
