Agentic Product Designer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is looking for an Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and AI/ML specialists to create AI‑native experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client product teams and work alongside existing designers and engineers.
• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from discovery and research to high‑fidelity design and implementation.
• Develop complex prototypes, design systems, and component libraries using Figma.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools such as Cursor to accelerate design, iteration, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Design workflows powered by AI assistants, copilots, and automation systems.
• Maintain and scale reusable design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and AI/ML teams in an agile environment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience leading product design from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of agentic UX principles and human‑AI interaction design.
• Ability to work autonomously, take extreme ownership, and meet commitments.

Required skills

• Figma – complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, developer handoff.
• Cursor (or similar AI‑assisted design environments).
• Interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability best practices.
• Building and scaling reusable design systems and UI component frameworks.
