About the role
The Strategic Projects Management team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. You will ensure smooth document control, manage information flow, and handle routine requests, contributing directly to the department’s efficiency and success.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist internal and external visitors.
- Coordinate the scheduling and administration of meeting rooms.
- Process purchases such as catering and office supplies, creating purchase orders in the internal system.
- Prepare, file, and update documents, reports, meeting minutes, and departmental records.
- Review and assign invoices in the Xtract system for payment processing.
- Support inventory control of administrative and cafeteria supplies.
- Handle project‑related information with a high level of confidentiality.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Technical degree in Business Administration, Executive Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or coordination role (internship experience considered).
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP systems.
