Administrador de Contrato – Servicios de Comedor Institucional

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Administrator to lead the institutional dining services for Sodexo in Heredia, Costa Rica. The role is responsible for overseeing food service operations, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily food service operations and ensure service objectives are met.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate team members.
• Control contract budget, costs, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ, quality, and safety regulations.
• Maintain client relationships and guarantee their satisfaction.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Business Administration, Food & Beverage, or related field.
• 1‑3 years of proven experience in similar food‑service contract or operations roles.
• Current food handling certificate.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
