Accounts Receivable Collections Expert Analyst

About the role

Bosch Service Solutions, a global supplier of business process outsourcing services, is hiring an Accounts Receivable Collections Expert Analyst. The role covers the Invoice to Cash end-to-end process in the Business Service Center, including daily collection tasks, and works in a team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and reconcile overdue accounts and invoices, and maintain accurate records of past-due accounts and collection efforts
• Process and send statements, maintain customer files and handle customer communication for the business unit
• Follow up on payments, customer deductions, short pays, debit memos and unused credits, and manage medium-risk portfolios
• Generate work plans to meet targets, keep 2-day SLAs on outlook emails and meet KPIs on the Get Paid Queue
• Investigate payments without supporting detail, post discrepancies correctly and keep the Work Instruction updated
• Take part in at least two continuous improvement (CIP) processes and propose improvements in the AR area
• Answer questions by phone or email, report on status meetings and attend internal trainings

Required profile

• Advanced student in accounting or a related field (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering)
• At least 2 years in an accounts receivable role or accounting experience; business service center experience preferred
• English level C1

Required skills

• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including account reconciliation and cash application
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel) and Adobe Reader, banking portals and ERP systems (preferred)
