Accounts Receivable Analyst I

About the role

Confluent Medical Technologies is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst I to support its Costa Rica finance team. The analyst will manage core AR activities, ensure accurate billing, and assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor past‑due accounts, prepare reconciliations and coordinate resolutions with Sales.
• Process manual billings, billing adjustments, cash applications, check deposits, POD reconciliations, short payments and non‑trade deductions.
• Review and post daily ACH and Lockbox payments.
• Prepare AR accruals, journal entries and general‑ledger reconciliations for month‑end and year‑end close.
• Support intercompany eliminations and related reconciliations.
• Investigate billing discrepancies with the Commercial team and customers.
• Generate weekly reports on invoicing, aging, cash receipts and invoice adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with AR/collections.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
