About the role
We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support month‑end close operations and financial reporting. The role involves collaborating with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Execute month‑end close processes, including sub‑ledger management and general ledger reconciliations.
- Perform balance‑sheet analysis and prepare detailed monthly variance reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Identify and resolve accounting issues, driving continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on transactional accounting experience.
- Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level).
- Proactive, flexible, and self‑motivated work style.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Oracle Financial Applications.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar process‑improvement methodologies.
