Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support month‑end close operations and financial reporting. The role involves collaborating with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close processes, including sub‑ledger management and general ledger reconciliations.
• Perform balance‑sheet analysis and prepare detailed monthly variance reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives related to accounting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on transactional accounting experience.
• Proven experience with month‑end close, sub‑ledger management, and balance‑sheet reconciliation.
• Fluent English (B2) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full‑time onsite availability, five days a week.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Oracle Financial Applications (preferred).
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar process‑improvement methodologies (preferred).
