Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support month‑end close operations and financial reporting. The role requires solid accounting fundamentals and the ability to work closely with finance and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close processes and manage sub‑ledger activities.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and balance‑sheet analysis.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses with detailed explanations for stakeholders.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on transactional accounting experience.
• Proven experience with month‑end close, sub‑ledger management, and balance‑sheet reconciliation.
• Strong written and verbal English (B2) and excellent Excel skills.
• Full‑time onsite availability, five days a week.
• Flexible, proactive, and self‑motivated work style.
