Accountant II – Corrections & Accounts Receivable

About the role

The Accountant II – Corrections & Accounts Receivable manages the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring accurate billing, cash application, and reconciliation while resolving discrepancies and supporting financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including billing, cash applications, monitoring, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, unapplied payments, and account corrections.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports to support accurate reporting and compliance.
• Partner with customers and cross‑functional teams to improve collections and service delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business operations.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes, financial reconciliations, accounting principles and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
