Account Specialist – Client Relationship & Sales

About the role

Experian is seeking an Account Specialist to join its Vertical and Middle Markets Sales team. This hybrid position blends sales, account management, and service responsibilities, acting as the primary liaison for existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound client inquiries and proactively reach out to existing accounts via phone and email.
• Strengthen client relationships by addressing service needs, conducting research, and managing special projects.
• Deliver product training to ensure clients maximize the use of Experian services.
• Identify renewal and upsell opportunities and monitor client usage trends.
• Coordinate documentation for product or service changes related to security, credentialing, data reporting, and legislative requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing and sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the consumer credit reporting marketplace.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
