Account Operations Manager

About the role

The Account Operations Manager (AOM) partners with the Test & Measurement sales team to streamline operational activities, remove obstacles, and ensure customers achieve their objectives. The role blends strategic account planning with day‑to‑day operational support, driving efficiency across the sales lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute customized account support plans that align with customer operational needs.
• Act as a trusted partner for sellers, providing operational expertise throughout pre‑sales, delivery coordination, and post‑sale activities.
• Manage the operational aspects of opportunities, removing roadblocks to accelerate billing and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical and operational contacts within customer accounts.
• Gather commercial insights such as funding sources, procurement processes, and approval workflows.
• Oversee customer assets and entitlements, ensuring accurate tracking and usage.
• Identify and drive initiatives that increase sales velocity and improve the customer experience.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and contribute to quarterly business and scorecard reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a sales‑support or operational role.
• Fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional European language.
• Strong partnership‑building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
