Program Manager - Software Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead projects, improve processes, and enable data‑driven decision‑making within our Software Sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional projects from planning through completion, defining work, assigning next steps, and tracking progress.
• Develop and standardise sales processes across regions, driving adoption of new ways of working.
• Provide leaders and stakeholders with clear, timely updates on progress, risks, decisions and results.
• Present project plans, proposals and results using data‑driven evidence.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to analyse data, identify trends and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Define, track and report on performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

• Ownership mindset with a track record of delivering on commitments.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and keep teams focused on goals.
• Clear, audience‑tailored communication skills for individuals, teams and senior leaders.
• Proactive issue identification and escalation before projects go off‑track.
