Account Manager – Short-Term Rental Revenue

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our fast‑growing short‑term rental team. You will combine client relationship management with revenue optimisation to help property owners maximise occupancy, ADR and overall portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
• Design and execute revenue strategies that boost occupancy and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and demand patterns to fine‑tune performance.
• Oversee pricing, availability and restrictions across multiple booking channels.
• Use revenue‑management platforms such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse or Beyond Pricing.
• Prepare and present performance reports (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue insights).
• Collaborate with operations, guest communications and marketing teams to improve portfolio results.
• Identify process improvements and new revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic advice.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, revenue management or short‑term rental operations.
• Proven track record of managing revenue strategies for vacation rentals or hospitality portfolios.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Revenue‑management tools: PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing (or similar).
• Booking platforms: Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO.
• Property‑management systems: Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Lodgify, OwnerRez.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and reporting tools.
