About the role
Veeqo is looking for an Account Executive to help mid‑market eCommerce sellers get the most out of its inventory and shipping platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding sellers through onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing usage.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound seller inquiries via phone, email and chat, directing them to the right resources.
- Engage sellers in supportive conversations to explain platform features and benefits.
- Assist with account sign‑up, channel connection setup and onboarding processes.
- Build strong relationships through active listening and clear communication.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to surface feedback and help resolve support issues.
- Meet adoption targets while following defined procedures and marketplace guidelines.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused professional with experience in platform support, customer service or seller onboarding.
- Demonstrates Amazon Leadership Principles such as Customer Obsession, Deliver Results, and Bias for Action.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
