360 Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation and build a qualified pipeline for a fast‑growing HR technology company. This hands‑on, remote position works closely with Sales and Leadership to design, launch, and optimise acquisition initiatives that directly drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid and organic growth channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other digital platforms.
• Plan, launch and manage end‑to‑end advertising campaigns, tracking performance and attribution.
• Develop demand‑generation programs targeting mid‑market and enterprise organisations.
• Build a repeatable pipeline of qualified leads and continuously test audiences, messaging, creatives and landing pages.
• Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates and overall pipeline contribution.
• Manage campaign budgets and report on CAC, CPL, ROI and pipeline impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack growth marketing experience.
• Proven success marketing to mid‑market and enterprise customers with long, multi‑stakeholder buying cycles.
• Experience in HR technology, global payroll, EOR or workforce‑management solutions is strongly preferred.
• Startup mindset: fast‑paced, ownership‑driven and comfortable with testing and learning.
• Self‑directed and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
