Web & UX Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Web & UX Manager to lead Netskope’s Digital & Brand Studio in transforming our global web presence into a high‑performance, conversion‑driven engine. The role blends AI‑enabled automation, modern web architecture, and data‑driven experimentation to accelerate pipeline growth for our B2B security platform.

Key responsibilities

• Embed AI tooling across the entire web production workflow, from design ideation and image optimization to personalization, testing, and content QA.
• Structure content, schema, and information architecture to improve visibility in large language model (LLM) answers and AI‑generated search results.
• Lead the conversion‑focused evolution of the website, aligning strategic content organization and premium user experiences with revenue goals.
• Own end‑to‑end UX for a complex, multi‑audience B2B site, defining vision, roadmap, and prioritization aligned with go‑to‑market objectives.
• Build and scale a rigorous experimentation program, developing hypotheses, testing strategies, and measurement frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in B2B web strategy and UX design for enterprise‑level products.
• Strong builder mentality with a data‑driven approach to optimization.
• Experience integrating AI and automation tools into web workflows.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive experimentation at scale.
