Paid Media Specialist (Mid-Level) – Performance & Growth

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube. The role focuses on delivering performance targets, demand generation, conversion, and brand growth while turning data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and YouTube.
• Define and segment audiences using interests, behaviours, remarketing, look‑alike and funnel strategies.
• Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to meet CPA, CPL and ROAS goals.
• Monitor daily performance and make real‑time adjustments to targeting, creatives, bids and budgets.
• Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve results.
• Analyse key metrics (CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS) to uncover trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Produce clear, structured reports for clients using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Support tracking implementation via Google Tag Manager and data analysis with Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with creative and commercial teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
• Proven ability to handle budgets and optimise advertising spend.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive, dynamic and comfortable working in fast‑paced, multi‑project environments.
• Willingness to complete a technical test as part of the hiring process.
