As a Win Coach Content & Enablement Coordinator you will be the force behind the content experience that empowers our global GTM teams, turning complex information into intuitive, actionable journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Support GTM enablement programs, sales plays, solution launches, and field readiness through the Highspot (Win Coach) platform.
• Translate GTM strategies into structured, seller‑ready content experiences.
• Manage the full content lifecycle: sourcing, organizing, publishing, tagging, auditing, and archiving.
• Design, build, and optimize Highspot pages, navigation, tagging, and metadata to enhance discoverability.
• Monitor content engagement data and apply insights to improve strategy and platform performance.
• Collaborate with sales enablement leaders, marketers, solution experts, and cross‑functional teams to identify content needs and deliver timely assets.
• Uphold content governance standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and a trustworthy ecosystem.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing enablement, or a GTM‑supporting role.
• Deep understanding of sales cycles, GTM motions, and field enablement needs.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear, compelling written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
