Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support its lead warehouse operations. The role is based in La Lima, Cartago and works on Shift A (Monday‑Friday, 6:00 am‑3:30 pm). You will ensure inventory accuracy, manage material flow, and lead shift teams to meet production and financial requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and generate requisitions.
• Receive raw materials in JDE and/or Maximo according to purchasing priorities.
• Notify finance of indirect material receipts for vendor payment.
• Replenish inventory system levels and coordinate transfers between warehouse areas.
• Distribute work to shift teams and oversee execution of daily activities.

Required profile

• Secondary education and technical degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of free‑trade‑zone regulations.
• Availability to work Shift A and to be based in La Lima, Cartago.

Required skills

• Proficient with JDE and Maximo inventory systems.
• Strong computer skills, including the MS Office Suite.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Good mathematical aptitude.
• Leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
